I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment to another, but I do feel there could be improvement in the socialization of tenants with one another. We have not had any consistent/recurring social events for the tenants to get to know one another, so I feel that there is not much of a sense of community within the complex. First and foremost,... (Verified Renter) First and foremost, the staff here is above and beyond what you would expect. They are absolutely amazing
All the tenants... (Verified Renter) All the tenants around me smoke weed or cigarettes and it fills our house. Below and across smoke weed. Next to us smokes cigarettes. As non smokers it?s gross. The recyclables still are a mess and need their own area. I like it here because of the space as a dual master and washer and dryer but am looking elsewhere for our next move.
