No guess parking... (Verified Renter) No guess parking and rent is too high and it goes up 8 to 10 % each time you renew your lease. I can't even qualify to live here anymore

I would 100%... (Verified Renter) I would 100% recommend Rising Glen because it is quiet, safe, and the neighborhood is top notch (walking distance to mall, groceries, hiking trails, beach).
Lucinda added an... (Verified Renter) Lucinda added an extra level of customer service. Although the complex was older and ltd parking I had a good vibe with Lucinda. She made it feel like the tenants were important and the property mgmnt cares. Very important.

Alot of trash... (Verified Renter) Alot of trash everywhere. We need more pick up days or more bins. My shower rods are completely rusted. My counters and floors have cigarette burns.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment to another, but I do feel there could be improvement in the socialization of tenants with one another. We have not had any consistent/recurring social events for the tenants to get to know one another, so I feel that there is not much of a sense of community within the complex. Visitor parking SUCKS!... (Verified Renter) Visitor parking SUCKS! The $20 passes are a total joke, and the fascists across the street have outlawed overnight parking to boot. Resident parking is fine, but if you wanna have friends over, SCREW YOU LOL
