I called the... (Verified Renter) I called the office after our house was flooded and my call was completely dismissed. Responsibility was not taken for leaving our houses flooded with electronics devices wet and no longer functional. I was told to use my renters insurance. We are extremely disappointed by the way this matter was addressed. I was told multiple times that the manager will call me back and no one ever reached out to us regarding this issue and our broken electronics.
Guess parking is... (Verified Renter) Guess parking is a problem for 450 unit's and only 17 guess parking we have to shuttle our family and friends any time they come to see us.

They have a... (Verified Renter) They have a pet policy which is understood and should be understood from all residents. I would complain about my neighbors leaving dog waste in front of the walk way and no one seem to care or come and clean it. Very frustrating when U have visitors and they ask u live here while pointing at the waste.

I have had... (Verified Renter) I have had a great experience here. The community is quiet and safe, but close to everything that I want (stores, restaurants, beach, park, work). Rent is super reasonable for the amount of space and having covered parking, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool/hot tub area is pretty nice and well kept. It is also wonderful to not have to go to a laundromat!
