Having searched for the last couple of years for the car I really wanted, I luckily came across Michael at Risegreen Motor Company. From the first phone call through to picking up the car was totally effortless. The vehicle was exactly as described and the whole process from viewing to purchasing went smoothly. Michael was very professional and an absolute gent, explaining everything from start to finish. Well done and thank you!
When my father passed away, we attempted to sell his car on CarWow. Full information is provided to the dealer so they know exactly what they are buying when they bid. However Michael seemed to think it was OK to renege on his commitment, and backed out of the sale. The whole episode was quite distressing for my elderly mother, something that seemed lost on Michael. Shame on him.
Bought a Skoda Superb Estate from Michael yesterday. The car lives up to its name and was beautifully prepared and presented. The service I received from Risegreen was professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
I would not recommend buying from Michael at Rise Green. I had several issues with my car after purchase that cost me a lot and I was misled about a pointless warranty. I bought a green Mini convertible from here and paid above average for it. Was given a warranty by Michael and when I asked the question in his garden office "did it cover any issues with the roof closing?” (as I bought in dry weather so couldn’t test it), he explicitly told me yes it does and I should not worry. Sold my SKODA through MOTORWAY to Michael. Absolutely brilliant - old school professionalism and chivalrous attitude. All documentation from paying off and sorting out the tax and change of ownership was dealt with in a speedy fashion by the wonderful Tina. The whole experience was a pleasure - nice to know that old school values still survive in Tadworth!
