Absolutely awful, consulted a pharmacist twice who said I needed to see a doctor. Rang and was told they won’t consider seeing me for 2 weeks yet I’m due to go on holiday in a week!!!!!! Was told just ring Choc this was at 9am , I’m not bad enough for them but ill enough for Choc. I totally understand there is a lot of pressure at the moment but the waiting room is always empty and choc is under pressure with doctors surgery’s not being bothered to do their job
Absolutely appalling service. Was told a 2 week wait for gp call knowing I was heading into a manic episode. Then was refused medication short term by an argumentative arrogant doctor who spoke very poor English. a complete and utter joke of a doctors.

Absolutely terrible service rang 3 times today and nothing the line just keeps dropping saying there to busy
Absolute joke they've got no time for you whatsoever I had a brilliant doctors Liverpool house surgery ever since I've been sent to Risedale I've had nothing but problems
