MHW we had Ripples wellbeing team in and what an impact they made on our staff. All that attended were fully engaged and found the sessions very informative and helpful!! Top session on the week was Laughter yoga, this brought everyone out of their comfort zones in a very good way. Highly recommend Heidi and her team .
