Don't bother phoning if you have any issues with mental health. Apparently they don't deal with it even if there is self harm!!
Unbelievable so unhelpful it’s a joke death in family and need a large extra prescription not helpful at all…prescriptions line isn’t going to work you have to wait over hr on phone so you get charged receptionists are not qualified to say if you need a dr or not WHAT IS IT THEY ACTUALLY DO
Apparently the risk of suicide isn't classed as urgent enough to review. Pretty much useless!
