I have been suffering with crippling anxiety recently and have had anxiety 24/7 mainly surrounding insomnia causing me to lose my job etc. I have had one session with garry and since the session a few hours ago my anxiety has completely been eradicated. I was very skeptical prior and still need many more sessions but he is a genius and has given me hope.
Gary’s approach and style has really enabled me to notice improvements big and small and really take back control-understanding and appreciating that I can negotiate with myself-I don’t have to be perfect!
I went to Garry after reading all the reviews and I was not disappointed. I instantly felt comfortable and calm, and he really helped me in just one session to quit vaping. Can’t recommend highly enough!
Garry has worked wonders with my 10 year old who was full of anxiety for many reasons. It had helped with bedtimes, reduction in over thinking and helped him to relax which in turn had helped him with his lockjaw. Highly recommend
I visited 46 days ago. I have smoked cigarettes for 38 years. Since my appointment with Garry I have not smoked any cigarettes. I have vaped but am a non smoker. Thank you Garry
