Emma was absolutely brilliant coming up with ideas for making a recently-disabled family member's living space more pleasant and liveable. She brought great empathy and understanding to the task, and came up with loads of ideas that hadn't occurred to us -- all very doable. She's got a beautiful sense of design but is also tuned into what people themselves need; she doesn't inflict design ON you but rather designs FOR you, which I think is a wonderful skill. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
We were stuck on a design issue and couldn't find a path forward. Emma suggested several really beautiful and workable ideas within minutes of our conversation starting; she'd done her research ahead of time and bought resources to the conversation that we hadn't a hope of coming up with ourselves. We were very glad we'd asked for her input!
"Redecorating my whole house was a daunting prospect but Emma stepped in and gave me some great guidance on colours and an idea for my conservatory which I never would have thought of! She's got a great eye for elegant but practical design so your project will be in safe hands."
We asked Emma for some help with our entrance hall which was in need of a refresh. She created a 'Roomscape' sample board for us incorporating paint colours, flooring, lighting, furniture & accessories. Everything was actioned and the space feels larger, brighter and far more welcoming. Looking forward to working with her on the sitting room next!
