Since Ringmead took over our local surgery, which was in special measures, the service has improved. There were initial teething problems but, having just had a big health scare, I can tell you the service has been exceptional. There are more GP's, more appointments, better care and, having just been fast tracked through the NHS system, I am incredibly impressed. A huge improvement in service here.
I’ve never had any bad experiences with the practice. Not everything was ideal but overall I think the doctors and the ladies in reception are ok .
still waiting for face to face docs appointment,booked in 14 days ago,website been temporarily out of service for months...not fit for purpose one star for getting their name spelt right
At this time most surgery's have lost their way towards caring for their patients. Appointments given without checking how the patient can get there. Many signed to a surgery knowing it is accessible for them. I always agreed that when this practice was changed it would not consider where the patient lived and the difficulty for them to travel. I was right.
Texting people at actual time of their appointment when in reception to say it's been cancelled isn't good enough!!!!!!, I've rearranged my whole day for this
