Outstanding Support and Professionalism from Joanne I had a wonderful experience with Joanne, who went above and beyond to help us view and understand everything about the flat we were interested in. From the very beginning, she was friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joanne made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was very accommodating with viewing times, answered all of our questions patiently, and gave us honest, helpful advice.
We weren't always well supported by Ringley, that is until Adele took over. Adele is amazing! She provides a consistently caring approach ensuring the resident's needs are met, costs are kept low and thinking creatively about any change that's needed to the properties no matter how small. She is clear in her communication, explains complexities very well and helps us navigate legislation and contractual issues with a breeze. I only hope my review doesn't take Adele away from us!
Issues reported are fixed within a timely manor - I email a lady called Adele a lot with issues and she rectifies them as best as she can
Thanks Adele Roberts, for all the work you do as our property manager. I really feel we have someone on our side, especially when dealing with the complexities that arise.
