They are not honest and when is coming to an issue with property or any other issues, they keep ignoring it and never solve the problems. There is a guy who called “Ethan” absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and illogical, his never take any responsibility whatsoever in his actions. Don’t even waste your time or money on this agency
Would give 6-star if possible. Friendly and helpful agents. Would highly recommend Andy and Georgia.
Absolutely useless. It's like living on a building site. Sauna constantly broken. Non residents being let in by "fire marshals" to use facilities. Litter left in pool area Concierge that won't do anything about noise complaints. Non residents feeling they can just park in residents allocated parking. Was a great place to live, now it's just being used as a cash cow. Ringley are terrible.
I have been renting from Ringleys for just under a month now and so far, I have had no Complaints. Aleksandra has been brilliant, friendly and very informative. She has kept me updated through the whole process from viewing a to putting in an application and finally moving in. I cannot commend her enough. Thanks Aleks
