Pleasure walk
1st time I have used ring &ride driver very friendly, and very helpful. Customer service office where you book very friendly. If anyone reads this post and has a disability. Give it a try it will get you out the house a few hours a week and you can visit your friends and family or go shopping. They pick you up from where you live . And take you to most places around wolverhampton .

It is claimed that they ring and ride take bookings from 9:30am. I have waited several hours for my phone call to be answered and I have discovered they don't pick up until 10:30 . If you leave your phone number they don't ring back despite their promises. They make mistakes with bookings sending a driver out a day early than booked. They say they cant manage pick ups despite only 3 people on the bus. Truly awful service that needs a total overhaul. Absolutely shocking!!
