This is the first time that I have come to Riley Dental to have my teeth cleaned. I was so impressed with Cathy and I felt like this was the best that they had ever been cleaned. She was so thorough when she did the cleaning. Emma also is AWESOME and goes beyond the call of duty whenever I come there. All the staff in which i came in contact with were indeed very polite, friendly, and professional. Not only did they conduct their job in a professional manner but were also able to make the visit an enjoyable experience through being very kind and interested in being sure that their patients were well taken care of and understanding what was going on.
Excellent professional attitude with everyone. Most impressive. After being in dentistry myself for over 40 years, it is so refreshing to be on the receiving end of services and to have been treated so well. Thank you one and all.....
Of course I have a high degree of respect for and confidence in Dr. Jeff. Cathy, my (one & only) hygienist is the BEST. She has so much knowledge of dental care. She is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable from the very beginning of the visit.
My experience was very pleasant. I was extremely anxious since I had not had any dental work (except teeth cleaning & checks) for many, many years. Dr. Riley was gentle, reassuring & fast. The long wait (45 mins.) was due to an emergency, I was told.
Susanne is wonderful. I love seeing her to clean my teeth.
The atmosphere of the office is so friendly and welcoming. I was nervous coming in due to many bad experiences at prior dental offices but I was pleasantly surprised at Riley. I loved that they took there time with me and my appointment was not rushed. I also feel very educated on what goes on while my teeth are being cleaned. I will continue to go and will refer all my friends and family.
I wouldn't change a thing! Dr. Jeff Riley is awesome! Beautiful office with super friendly, knowledgable staff!
