Emma greeted me and took me to a room. I was not told the dr was running behind and there was no apparent need for my visit, accdg to her. I asked if someone coukd buff a stain off one my front teeth and that took a while but a lady came (cannot recall her name) and picked it with a metal pick versus buffing, which left my tooth feeling ridgy. I asked if she coukd buff it to smooth it and she said only the dr could do that but she did not think there would be enough time abd she did not know when dr would be available to com... read more
Dentist is new to me and to the practice. I need to have more experience with his work and outcomes before making a decision about referring or remaining with the practice.
