I was happy with the care I received. I have always had good dental hygienists in the past but the one I had was exceptional in her care and the information she provided during the visit.
I was quite disappointed at my last appt. Tracy finished up my exam by 12:30 and I was still waiting for the dentist at 1pm. As a healthcare provider myself, I know things can get behind but I had to be back at work. No one seemed apologetic when I said I couldn't wait any longer. In fact, the hygienist didn't even let me know how my exam went.
Lynn was so nice and very professional. And as always it's good to see Dr. Riley.

I was very pleased with just how friendly the clinic staff was to me during my appointment. I was treated in a friendly, professional, and curtious manner. Overall I was highly impressed and will continue to use Riley Dental while living in Viirginia. Being an Retired Army Veteran, it was comforting to know that Dr. Riley is a prior service Military Member himself. Knowing this makes me feel like I'm in good hands..
