I was running about 15 minutes late. I called to notify the staff. In spite of my tardiness, the staff remained pleasant, welcoming,and professional.
Your team is very understanding of my dental phobias and try hard to put me at ease. I greatly appreciate that.
The whole staff is always very friendly and Dr. Riley made sure I did not have any discomfort while doing the filings.
My appointment was only for a cleaning, and I was in the office for a total of 1.5 hours. I was 15 minutes late in being taken back to a chair. This is a bit off-putting, as I used my lunch break to come in. Nevertheless, despite the wait I was treated very kindly and courteously by the team.
Dental assistant, Darlene, was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
Everything went well. You have always taking care of me and my family and we thankyou.
