1 Star because there're no clouds. Pawel reacted swiftly on a broken mast and 8 months later I had no mast and he owes me 37k. As an update: It is now 20months ago and Pawel still owes me 37k GBP in goods and services. Rigit UK is dissolved meanwhile and Pawel is running another business called First Spar Limited. Pawel has debts everywhere and counting them up in single groups of people damaged by him the amount must easily be around 500k GBP or higher. Avoid this place!
Inspection and new rigging on a Jeanneau SO39i after round the Isle race in F7/8 2024:. I was recommended to Rigit via several friends who have had work done with Pav and the team. We had all the rigging replaced which was 17 years old and a lot of faults found during the refurb which were rectified. In my Opinion Stay Away! - Very substandard work! Specifically, Rigit UK knowledge of Carbon Fibre Pauger Composite mast & products is lacking. Generally - Rigit UK were unable to turn a customer specification into a competent technical spec and complete the installation as contracted. Adding Salt to the wound Rigit UK tried to overcharge for the Mast delivery by thousands of pounds. Rigit UK tried at every opportunity to turn minor cosmetic issues into major costly issues!! Because of the quality of work on our other boats, we have decided to partner with Rigit for the new venture, to prepare this Super Sovereign 35 to be a Golden Globe Race (GGR) contender. We'll also be doing the Fastnet, RTI, and some long distance offshore ventures. I'm looking forward to the partnership.
