The staff and software are top notch. The firm provides education on the use of the software to the advisors and great support. You do have a one year commitment after trial date, but after the first year is up, you can go month to month.

No refunds, even if you elect to go month to month (which is more expensive), if you decide to cancel the service later. This was not made clear to us when we signed up and was disappointing when we decided to pivot. I do not recommend this tool if you are wanting to experiment with it for your practice.

I tested various financial planning software as the inception of my new RIA. This software is intuitive and creates very strong outputs for advice delivery. The customer service is VERY good. The billing team has been very responsive to me, and the terms and costs are clear. The monthly subscription is very reasonable compared to E-Money, Naviplan, etc. I wish every company had this level of customer service and client support.

Beware of their billing practices. I was on auto renew and did not cancel my subscription so they charged my card. I politely asked for my money back which the politely declined and sent me a copy of the terms and conditions. No refunds for auto renew if you decide to cancel the service later. If i had known it was going to renew i would have cancelled. eMoney, far superior.
