Mr Saqib and the guys at the warehouse are truely excellent people - helpful and very informative about the products and offers and what stock levels are available. The team are friendly and efficient. As for the range of products, well the family and I did find alot of choice and good discounts. The nice thing about this place is they didn't pressurise or turn on the hard sell. More importantly, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating, especially Saqib - thank you for being so eager to help, and considerate, regardless of the numerous visits I made.
Amazing customer service, friendly staff. Went out of their way to support when I needed a last minute extra pack of tiles to complete a bathroom renovation on time.
Friendly and excellent customer service. Razz was extremely helpful in helping us choose the right tiles for our kitchen and they look great on the wall. Our builder said that the tiles are of a high quality and nice to work with. Would highly recommend.
