Unfortunately, my experience with Right Conveyancing was extremely disappointing. I dealt with Kirstie Waite, who was consistently rude and unprofessional. She spoke with an arrogant tone, showed no willingness to help, and made it seem like any request for an update was a burden. Basic communication and courtesy were seriously lacking, which is unacceptable in such an important process. Unfortunately we can’t recommend the experience we had with RightConveyancing. Kirstie was excellent, but unfortunately we cannot recommend Matthew with respect to professionalism, attitude towards clients and other solicitors, or proactivity. We would not choose this firm again.
We worked with Kirstie, Lucy and Matthew for our combined remortgage and purchase of a new house. From the outset Kirstie was immediately responsive and we spoke about the process and our particular situation. I found Kirstie helpful and friendly and was confident in placing our conveyancing with her and the team. The quote for the conveyancing of both remortgage and purchase was competitive compared to another 3-4 quotes we had received. Huge thanks to Kirstie and her team at RC, the service we received throughout the process of selling our property was excellent. Kirstie was always available to offer guidance and support, and we were always kept up to date with progress of the sale. Couldn't recommend Kirstie and the team more. They are always at the end of the phone, answering emails and do everything that a solicitor should be doing when you are trying to sell and buy a property. When Kirstie wasn't available her colleague's Matt and Lucy were always on hand to help.
