Will cost you your sale or purchase. Unable to tell the difference between an estate service charge and an estate rent charge. Unable to admit when they are wrong. Over 2 months to raise initial enquires when provided all documentation within a week. AVOID!
I’m currently using this company and they keep adding extras to the bill. So when they quote you £1700 I’d take it as a pinch of salt. My estate agent recommended them. Turns out they got a £200 kickback. That’s corruption in my eyes
