Unfortunately, we walked everywhere in Derbion and around the city centre to find this shop and even asked the information point who was not aware of this shop. I don't think this shop exists anymore and the website doesn't work. Disappointing.
Purchased a shutter for my bathroom. The window is above the bath. As a result the hinges have rusted and broken. Not only that the shutters were incorrectly fitted with the bar to close and open the shutters facing the window. I have tried to contact the company to get repairs done to no avail.
My sister paid for most of her rooms to have blinds, paid £500 up front. After numerous calls, letters and even visiting this bogus address still waiting for completion of the job since February 2023. Only option now is the small claims court which I will make sure she does shortly.
Paid for shutters in March.. took my money.. and guess what? Still, no shutters..its absolutely disgusting
I got my blinds fitted a few months ago. I got in touch via email on several occasions to get this issue rectified I've used right blinds more than once and both times they got the measurement wrong. This is the second time they've made a mistake but unfortunately this time they don't want to respond to my emails or answer any of my calls to resolve this issue. Terrible customer service!
