Matt was so understanding and came out really quickly when I had a leak. I’d had a scam plumber first so he came to fix what they hadn’t. I felt stupid but he was really lovely and got things sorted quickly. Really personable and explained what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend.
Have used Matt before so had know hesitation in getting him to remove and install a new quadrant shower unit and panel the walls, Matt and his team completed the job to time and price as agreed and we're very efficient, polite, good timekeepers and always cleared up after and kept the bathroom tidy, I would highly recommend them.
First rate professional service delivered promptly and with total courtesy and respect. Called Matt and colleague out to a blocked wash basin and a non functioning toilet. The jobs were not without their challenges to which they responded magnificently- absolutely nothing fazed them.The whole experience was extremely positive and we would highly recommend the company.
Absolute legend. Matthew came out in the evening (after he'd got home) to fix our garden tap that suddenly would not switch off. Hugely grateful. And such a lovely guy to boot.
