I would highly recommend Rigby and Marchant. Keith secured 2 good offers on my house and was extremely professional all the way to completion. He was calm , communicative and can I say “old school” in his approach, ie completely trustworthy and gave good advice to myself, and I’m sure the buyers, throughout.
Matt and Keith were both incredibly good at managing the sale of our property. They were understanding, helpful, honest and easy to deal with. We had various agencies involved, including some of the big names, however Rigby and Marchant always came up with great possible buyers, compared to anyone else, and worked hard to push the sale through. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They were both fantastic.
Dealing with Matt at Rigby and Marchant has been an absolute dream. From my first phone call through to completion, Matt navigated the waters superbly. I could not have wished for a better property expert to take the purchase journey with. Matt has been, polite, on the ball, charming and knowledgeable about building and planning issues and knowledge of the vendors wishes and seamlessly pulled everything together for us.
