My husband had a blood test at the practice today. As always he made his appointment with Natasha. She has a lovely manner and this sample was quick and painless as it always is with her. Natasha is always professional and a credit to the surgery.
I cannot thank all the staff at the ridgeway surgery enough. The doctors listen to you and always give advice and help
i went to this uncaring useless so called practice in an emergency and had to beg for a person to see me. The reception woman threw evey obstical in the way to avoid giving service, so did the so called medics, the amount of time they all committed to avoiding customer service was a, fraction of the time that was given to serving me. i have reported them to the GMC and will be taking my custom to chingford mount.
I was worried when I first moved to the area and the time came to find a new GP, as my previous one was phenomenal, but feel lucky to have found The Ridgeway. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews, as I am extremely happy with the service this surgery has provided my family and I. The receptionists I’ve spoken to have all been friendly and compassionate. Never a good experience having to go here. Breeds panic in me if I'm honest. I recently had a locum actually listen to me and I ended up in tears because I couldn't believe someone was taking the time to listen and care. Sadly her work was wasted as even though things were found and I have multiple symptoms I was shut down on the next visit by a different member.
