My mum is a resident at Ridgeway. The staff are exceptional and the home itself feels comfortable and actually like a home rather than a Facility. We moved my mum from a private “facility”, the kind of surgically homogeneous version of care run by private equity and, for her and us, it was the best thing we could have done.

Sadly, our lovely Mum has recently passed away, but she was a resident of Ridgeway Manor for nearly a year. During that time, Mum was very happy and content. She was very well cared for and always looked nice when we visited, hair done, nails nicely manicured and polished. Mum always liked to look her best! The staff are lovely, and we were always made welcome and they became very dear to our mother. Mum loved her meals and said they were 'just like home'. My Father in Law, has been in this exceptional Care Home for 15 months. I visit the home 3 or 4 times a week at different times if the day. I can without doubt...recommend this home to anyone who has come to the time in life, when more ...or total help is needed. The management and staff are fantastic with my Father in Law .....and every other person who stays there. My mum has stayed at ridgeway manor a few times for respite care and we have always had first class care. I looked at a number of care homes in and around oxted and ridgeway was not only the most welcoming but also one of the most affordable too. Staff are friendly, warm and always take time and treat residents as individuals and with warmth and respect. When the time comes for my parents to move into residential care full time, ridgeway manor will be my first choice.
