My sister has been living in the care home for a number of years. She has always been happy there and well cared for but since the new owners have taken over the quality of care and facilities are improving. I would highly recommend Ridgeway Court.
A close friend of our family recently moved to Ridgeway Court and the staff have really taken great care of them. The home is organised and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cooks make great cakes which is a real treat! It’s clear a lot of thought and care is going into making sure residents feel comfortable and supported.
This care home is under new ownership and is going through a transition period. The new owner's are trying to update all areas and maintain a friendly caring atmosphere for all their residents. I found the management and staff to be very welcoming and friendly.
My nan went here for restbite care, and then we decided to make it permanent,management and staff are great,freindly atmosphere and very homley, my nan has improved so much since being here is clean and tidy eating meals and engaging more.i didn't want my nan to go into care but ridgeway have made me at ease as they have such good standards and I appreciate all they do for me and my nan very much.would highly recommend this home it is fab,and my nan is so much happier wich is nice to see.
So my grandmother is in ridgeway court care home in Sedgley at first reading the reviews I was un sure as my grandmother was not in a good carehome before so went to look at it watched patients and staff all friendly went with my gut I was right so I put my gran in that home and 100%best choose they got opticians out to her catarax has got worse she going blind I had concerns her being upstairs they put her downstairs my grandma has dementia cancer bleed on the brain now she is at end of life stage tammie new manager is love... read more
