This is a truly wonderful residential home for the elderly. My Mum was made to feel welcome from the moment she arrived. And prior to that we were helped every step of the way and given all of the information we needed to re-assure ourselves that we were making the right decision. Mum has received superb care and nothing is too much trouble for the team - all of them are so helpful. I have to disagree with Angela Marden as my experience of Ridgegate is completely different. Since 2009 I have had three relatives who have had the good fortune to reside at Ridgegate, and having them safely cared for has given me and my family great peace of mind. The kind, friendly and good natured staff have always warmly welcomed any visitor and in all those years I have never had cause to complain.
