Booked my van in for some diagnostics and a DPF clean after talking to them about the fault. The day before I got a call telling me the machine they use for the cleaning had broken, no apology even though I’d waited around 10 days for the work to be booked in. Took it into them anyway for some diagnostics which they said would be done first thing, it was 2pm before they finally plugged into it and they is literally all they did, they didn’t even move the van or look under the bonnet. Absolutely perfect service called up for suspected oil leak managed to fit me in same day and determine the problem would recommend to anyone in the area or traveling down like we were.
Worst garage ever. All they had to do was change a tyre and they chipped massive chunks out of the rims. When question they fobbed me off with curb damaged. Stay well clear liars
