A no show. Called and spoke to Steve regarding damaged slates due to branches falling on roof. He sounded helpful asked me to send pics, which I did within minutes. He never called back that day. Follow up call next day, left message - no response. With water coming in the roof I went elsewhere. I won't be calling again.
Very poor communication, I've dealt with this business before and they've certainly not kept up to their standards it's very disappointing, complete lack of cooperation and you won't know if they are going to turn up or not.
Steve didn't arrive on the first arranged visit several months ago, on today's arranged visit he turned up 15 minutes early I was still eating so I could take medication he refused to come inside have a quick cuppa. I finished and was still 5 minutes earlier than planned so it would've been late for either of us. Steve arrived with a bad attitude and left without a job! These chaps are amazing! I had a missing tile on my roof and whilst they were working on my neighbours roof they kindly repaired the missing tile for me. Totally professional and super kind. Would highly recommend them, and will definitely be calling them in the future.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
