We had an appointment today for my 5-year-old daughter due to a possible ear infection. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The doctor did not have an otoscope available to examine her ears, which is essential in this situation. Moreover, no effort was made to borrow one from a colleague or check with reception to see if one was available. Everyone i've came into contact with here have been friendly and polite Dr. Beech is a lovely man who makes time for his patients clean and well lit surgery with pharmacy on the side

Could always get an appointment in previous years on NHS app but much prefer new way using accurx. Always get prompt response when previously requested. Staff have always been helpful. Putting this on as people only seem to want to leave reviews when it’s something negative!

Worst GP ever I tried calling them was left waiting for 45 minutes on the phone then a put the phone down then went there in person to get an appointment and was told I couldn’t get an appointment what absolute nonsense. I’m Now moving surgery because this one is an absolute joke.
