I had to put my son's kitty down due to sickness that had been ongoing and getting worse. At first, I don't think they understood but then they showed me that they did... They were just trying to help me prevent having to put him down. But when I explained what was going on and that this was am ongoing problem they eye more than understanding asks very sweet! Dr. Rickord's and all of the staff have an amazing bedside manner. They treat the clients and owners with the utmost care, respect and love. They truly have shown they want what is best for their patients and owners. We are forever grateful for the kindness & thoughtfulness extended to us and our furbaby while in their care. We recently moved here from out of state. We took our dog for her annual exam and saw Dr. Goodman, he was very kind and knowledgable! We just recently adopted a new dog and took him in, we saw Dr. Rickard this time, also very kind and knowledgable!! Both of our pups will definitely be back to see them for anything we need!! We are so happy with the staff, they are all kind, attentive and answered all our questions! Great place, I highly recommend them!!
