So very grateful for Rickords animal hospital. The entire staff was very kind and loving while we dealt with putting My fur baby of 12 1/2 years down. Picked up her ashes today and again amazing staff. They surprised me with her paw print and a charm for a necklace. Her urn is stunning.

Dr. Rickords fit us in for a check on our pups foot. He was walking on 3 legs & didn't want to put his weight on his foot. The doctor & his staff were all very caring as well as friendly & professional. We didn't have to wait very long. The doctor took a cautious attitude & treatment plan but not the most expensive one. We appreciated that approach. We will make this doctor & clinic our new veterinarian place to go! Thanks to the whole staff!
