They are experienced, compassionate and go out of their way to make things affordable! The doctors and staff really care about the animals and they don't do unnecessary testing. It's refreshing to have trust and excellence consistently!
They have taken care of my dogs since they opened. They have always taken care of my boys. I just lost my 14 year old buddy, they made a hard day go as easy as possible. I went back to get his ashes yesterday and was surprised to see a card from the staff and a paw print to remember him by. Thank you!

The love they have for animals is truly amazing! First time I went, I boarded my 2 cats for 9 days and they would send me pictures and texts to update me on how they were which brought so much comfort to me on our vacation! The second time was when my cat got really sick and they allowed me to bring her in right away and wasted no time, we absolutely love them, the staff are so lovely and caring!
A place that loves your fur baby as much as you. They take care of your pet as well as you. Thoughtful, caring, supportive and professional. I'm so thankful we have such a wonderful family at Rickords Animal Hospital that take care of our babies. Thank you for all you do.
