I have used this facility twice once when my dog was sick and a few years later when I had to put her down due to her pain. They were great both times and today I received a paw print cast of my dog from them with her name and condolences card that everyone signed. It was so wonderful and unexpected. I've received generic cards and flowers from vet offices in the past but never something I could keep forever. Thank you all so much you made the process so easy in such a difficult time.
Dr Rickords is so good with animals. I highly recommend him.
