Rickord's Animal Hospital is the only place I will ever take my pets to for veterinary care. Dr. Rickord and his staff genuinely care about my beloved babies. The staff is always willing to help every time I contact their office (which is frequently). They are always kind, sincere and assist me with any questions I might have. This animal hospital is amazing and so are the people employed there!
Had my first visit at Rickords today it was pretty much awesome. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be very concerned about my pet. The doctor was very informative and courteous. And didn't feel that I was robbed after payment was due for the amount of work they did. Think I found my for ever vet.
Dr. Rickords and staff is the best by far of all the vets I have used.. they go above and beyond any other. They truly love your four legged babies. The well being of your pets is the most important thing to them. I give them 10 out of five stars
Awesome awesome awesome. Been using them for 3 years and this week they accommodated our needs to be able to stay out of town longer then planned by letting our sweet Gage stay 2 extra days without notice. Gage also gets groomed here and always comes out looking great!!!
I brought all of my dogs there & their service is great and very friendly...They're straight up and I never had to worry about an unexplained charge...
We met Dr Rickords when he was in Arlington and he did cancer treatments for our Jake so we didn't have to stress him driving to Dallas twice a month. Since then we transferred all our fur kids to him because he is so caring. Some Docs are book smart but the special ones have a "feeling" for what is going on with our babies and make the best decisions for them. We trust him when he gives us a diagnosis that it's the right one and the best option for our babies. When we had to make a decision on Jake we knew it was the right ... read more
