I struggle with self harm and after working with Gina I have managed to give up self harm and not return to it since Shes very helpful with getting rid off addictions but you have to be willing to give it up
Excellent expert help. I had massive problem with anxiety with my exam. Gina helped me to build confidence, learn how to perform well on the day and improve my couping with stressful situations in regular life. Being sceptical about hypnotherapy at first, I managed to feel calm, confident and focused on my exam. I still use a lot of techniques provided by Gina in my everyday living situations.
Honestly never imagined to get such a life changing out come from this, seen hypnotherapist before but never came close to Gina, she is amazing and i would recommend it to anyone!
Gina is utterly brilliant! I'd briefly tried hypnotherapy before for general anxiety during a rough patch but was not 100% convinced anything could help with my totally crippling phobia of flying that developed after a couple of rough flights a few years back.
