I recently purchased a 2020 Buick Encore GX with the help of salesperson Ron Agnew and was very satisfied with the entire procedure. Mr. Agnew took a great deal of time finding a vehicle that was suitable to my needs and likes. I just purchased a Gmc Terrain from Rick Weavers on Tues, I can not say enough about my salesman Ron Agnew. I have never had a salesman take that much time, and detail to answer all my questions, and help explain everything on my car. He was amazing, highly recommend him

I was very happy with the process of purchasing my Sierra a few years ago, and when I had a minor issue with the truck, it was fairly resolved. However, the recent service of my Enclave was very poor. I was charged to remove the engine twice in the same visit after their original diagnosis and repair failed to solve the problem. Mr. Shirey, I can offer my apologies again for the situation. It is our service department's practice to diagnose and repair the most obvious issue without doing more than may be necessary. In this instance, the first repair was not sufficuent. You were not charged for removing the engice twice.
