RecommendedThe service was done in a timely manner and the gentlemen asked if he could wash my vehicle since the temperatures were below freezing instead of just doing it. He also gave me some informative tips regarding my new Yukon that the service folks had just recently found out about.

Normally have a great experience with service. Yesterday was no exception I need a headlight changed out was having issues they did a fantastic job. Then I got and in the mail was a recall notice for the headlight assembly. So instead of doing as part of the recall I was charged for it. They should know if the item was under recall notice.

I leased my very first brand new Encore GX from Ashley and she was the best! She was very helpful she made the process very easy and smooth sailing and she was very informative especially about learning all the new gadgets!
