I was satisfied with Rick's work, professionalism and pricing.
Mr. Schaumann was very quick to respond to my inquiry, arrived within 1/2 an hour, quickly assessed what was wrong, and had it fixed within an hour. I only winced at the price. But this is the first time we have had work on our heater and I'm not familiar with prices.
