My heating went down and I determined the fan had broken down either by burning out or shorting. It was an emergency situation and Rick contacted me early in the morning as requested through HomeAdvisor. He showed up, was very straight forward and got to work quickly. I had another contractor at the house taking care of a separate issue and he was accommodating to allow me to multitask between himself and them. Probably the most professional dealings I've had in years.
He knew exactly what I described as the problem (not easy as I am 70+ woman) , said the apx. Time he would arrive and was sooner then that. Work was done very quickly and he even checked the rest of my unit and found something that might cause a problrm and fixed that also. I felt very comforable with how he handled the problem I had.
I contacted Rick Schaumann and as soon as I hit "enter" he was calling. Offered to come the same day, hottest of the year! He was early for the appointment also, very rare to have that happen.
Professional, clean and most of all knew how to trouble shoot. Did not leave a mess.

I called another company I've done business with for years and they couldn't come out for an entire week. I put in an online request with HomeAdvisor and Rick Schaumann called me within 30 minutes. He was at my house repairing the problem within the hour. He replaced my blower motor and restored heat to my very cold house. I am so happy with his services and recommend him HIGHLY.
Rick is very efficient and finished the job in a very timely manner. He had the parts right on the truck. Showed up on time and is very friendly.
