Replaced the starter. Marvelous. Very friendly, very informative. Knew his stuff and what the problem was. Had part in his truck. Takes check, cash, or CC. Painless. Felt so good to feel that cool air! Would definitely contact him again in future.

I have a very old floor furnace that needed a new control valve. He called be the same day he received the message and made an appointment for the same day. I watched him do the work. He didn't just replace the valve, he cleaned up the wringing replaced some pipe that someone had rigged left a beautiful restored furnace. Caveat - this is a small business so he wants paid on the spot. I paid with an AMEX card.
Rick Schaumann phoned us, was available, and did excellent work. We are very appreciative. Our immediate problem was diagnosed, the underlying problems solved, and our entire system is now serviced and ready to go.

I found Rick to be genuine and friendly. He investigated the leak in my attic, found the source, video recorded it for me, and suggested multiple options for me to get it fixed. Once done he and I had a good chat and he stayed longer to show me how my thermostat's are working and gave me advice on how to manage them effectively.
