This was the 2nd company we have had out to repair our AC ? Rick identified and repaired the issue on the spot, and had the new parts needed in his van. I definitely recommend Rick Schaumann to anyone needing HVAC work

I think Rick was very professional and knowledgable. He gave me some bad news about my A/C unit but he was just being honest. Rick definitely knew what he was doing.

Rick came the very day after I called, and made an effort to be communicate, which I really appreciate. My AC stopped misbehaving as soon as Rick probed it - a Heisenberg kind of gremlin. Immediately, Rick turned his attention to offering installation of a "hard-start kit," which did cost more than the diagnostic fee. Since I did find Rick to be very friendly and helpful overall, I'd say he was being helpful. So it's difficult to say much about the quality of his work based on this visit but I'd be willing to call him again.

Rick was very professional he diagnose the problem for me we discussed the cost for the repairs and the parts necessary I felt very comfortable with him so I hired him at that time and the work was done in less than an hour I was very happy with the results
Rick came out immediately, after the first hot week-end, when we learned that our a/c wasn't working. Originally tried to repair this 22+ year unit, but found it would have to replaced. Came back the next day to replace. After he left I noticed that the breaker was tripping intermittently, so let him know. He was out immediately to replace the breaker, as he was concerned about having us having no a/c service for the week-end.
