I am 300 miles away and they wouldn't even give me an estimate on my trade-in and when I made an offer on the car I was interested in, I was told they don't negotiate over the phone. I had to come to their dealership first. They didn't want to "earn" my business, so I bought a similar car from another dealer in their area.

Within 2 minutes of pushing the send button I was contacted. 1 1/2 hours later I was taking a test ride. 2 hours later this truck went from a good deal to a great deal! Do your research & know what you want so that Bryce Haney can be efficient and help in a smooth transaction. No pressure & fun to deal with. I like the truck but loved the deal!
Louis at Rick Ridings was great and super easy to work with and very accommodating. However, the business manager, Tony was less so- his off putting and short demeanor left a bad taste in our mouths leaving. Overall though, it was a fairly quick and easy experience purchasing a car from them.

Contacted Rick Ridings through an email showing my interest towards a car. I did it after hours, but as soon as the dealer was open the next day I had instant response with setting up an appointment to see the car. Louis was very nice and answered all questions that had to go along with buying this vehicle. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly purchase from Rick Ridings Ford again!
