I bought a used car from Rick Ridings Ford and worked with David Roberts. I'm 4 hours away from the dealership but David helped get everything lined up before I headed their way. From my initial inquiry to driving away was only a couple days and I spent maybe an hour total at the dealership; mostly so they could evaluate my trade-in while I test drove the new car. This was by far the best car-buying experience at a dealership I've had. Highly recommend Rick Ridings Ford, even if your buying remotely.
The salesman was nice. The jeep not so much. You can tell the dealership is not putting time or money into it.. the jeep was dirty and had mechanical issues.
