They were nice, but I feel they could have done a little more to try to help me with financing and not give up so easily! A lot of us people don't have A-1 credit, but we're hard working people that just need a break every now and then!

We are sorry that we where unable to secure you a loan, but I can promise it wasn't for a lack of trying. We partner with 18 different lenders and exhausted all of our options that you qualified for. We offer financing as an option and a convenience, but it is in no way a requirement to do business here. If you have a lender willing to secure a loan for you we will still offer you a great vehicle at a great price. Again, sorry none of the lenders we partner with where able to help you on financing.
They contacted me right away. Had the car available when I was able to get there and had a salesman ready. The staff was friendly and the dealership was well maintained and clean. Great place!!

Great service from the dealership. Salesperson Jesse Olson was very professional and offers the best customer service one can get. From initial contact to the time the vehicle was handed over, the staff at Rick Riding Ford makes you feel like family. Great Service.
They were very prompt on getting in touch with you.
Our experience was less than favorable. After purchasing the vehicle we found a very expensive mechanical problem and the battery had to be replaced. Mileage was also misstated. Mileage was less than stated but still incorrect. Buyer beware at this dealership!!!!
