Great customer service. Always have a loaner waiting for me.
I had a recall on the fuel pump on my BMW and was charged $ 120.00 in labor. My gf picked it up and put the $120.00 on her credit card. When I called the next day and questioned the charges they said it was a mistake. I asked that her credit card be credited in which they replied they could not do it but gave me a credit. I think this is ridiculous and will no longer go there. I have been a customer for several years but no more.
I HOPE NO ONE EVER SHOPS FOR A VEHICLE AT THIS PLACE. BUDDY BABBS AND SCOTT DARNELL ARE THE WORST PEOPLE EVER IN CAR DEALERSHIPS. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE THEY JUST DID WITH US. THEY SELL CARS OUT FROM UNDER YOUR FEET WHILE WAITING ON AN INSURANCE CHECK. UNBELIEVABLE I HOPE YOU TWO CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO PEOPLES FAMILIES. ID GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR IF I COULD. PLEASE BEWARE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE
Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been going to Rick Hill Imports for almost 6 years. They are always informative and kind. I never dread having to make appointments to have my car serviced and when I have questions, they always have the answers.
Had looked at 2 used cars, same year, 1 had all the bells and whistles, the other didn't but it had extremely low miles. Had been deciding what to do and drove the low mileage car today. Spoke with the salesman and stated we had money to put down on it, but had to leave for a few hours for our 1 yr old grandsons birthday. Was assured no one else would drive it and we would be back shortly. Putting a deposit to hold it was never discussed. After the party, came back to find someone else had purchased the car.
