I purchased my first car from Rick Hill imports this year and received the worst experience I could ever imagine from a dealerahip. I had my BMW there for repairs a few yrs ago, I spoke with a female and she marked down on paper for what needed to be addressed. (only warranty issues). I told her not to repair other things and she put an X on the sheet, for non repair. When I went to pick up my car it was over 3000.00 She told me to pay it or she would keep my car?? and if I didn't like it to use their phone to call BBB! I called Rick Hill's cell, he hung up on me! Hands down the best car buying experience. Everyone was so kind and our salesman Buddy was amazing in getting us what we wanted!
Call me biased, but one of the greatest assets at Rick Hill BMW are the great mechanics who work behind the scenes. They always keep my BMW in top notch shape giving me incredible performance and a true driving experience!!!!
