My son got a BMW 525i from Buddy Babb back this past summer. Buddy is by far the best salesman I have dealt with in all my years of dealing with car lots. It's rare to find someone honest in the auto business but he definitely is. He has also helped my daughter look for a car.
Horrible experience repeating my car, wasted almost 4 weeks and nothing got resolved! Do not go there for repair!!!!

Had a HORRIFYING experience with the service department and owner himself. BAD BUSINESS here - BEWARE! Started having electrical problems I had never heard before after I picked the car up from service with them. They had also broke my hood (won’t lift up) and snapped my hood tongue on top of the electrical issues and they wanted to assume no responsibility for any of it! Owner was useless in trying to resolve the situation. Sad, sad business practices and deplorable team of people.
Worst experience ever. Never buy a BMW from them. If you have one, don't get it serviced there. I am begging you. Can't believe BMW would let this dealer service their cars.
The service department went above and beyond to help me yesterday. They work my service on my x5 in on a already full schedule due to my change in schedule and personal issues.
