I am so disappointed with the service dept. They couldn't even get a tire pressure light matter accomplished for me, challenged to get return calls or even get thru to them, and was told they do not even have a car wash employee on staff. A 10 minute fix on a bumper issue was ignored in their shop and thankfully repaired by Don Hill Collision Center, Collin. I just feel that their is a 'tiredness" in the entire department and that a review may be necessary to improve overall customer experience. I personally wont be back, an... read more
Jim in the service department is a amazing mechanic that truly cares about the customer. The service desk also worked with me on pricing and also gave me military discount. They were more than fair on price. Very professional. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Rick Hill and Thank you Jim for helping me fix someone else's mistakes!

They are straightforward, transparent, knowledgeable, and are not pushy. All of their cars, even their used vehicles that are not imports, are of high quality.
